CyberMachine

optimize your production

The CyberMachine system is a single DIN rail-mounted box powered by 24 VDC and connected to the machine network and the factory network.

This box reads from the machine network and stores the machining process data of the WattPilote, SafePilote and sensors connected to the PLC of the CNC in order to provide a complete traceability of the machining: QR code of the part, spindle and feed rate value, flow and coolant pressure, power and machining vibration.

This system also provides real-time statistics on tools (tool life), the machine (spindle, bearing and slides) and tools monitoring status (parts quality).

What is Industry 4.0 or IIOT ?

Industry 4.0 refers to a new phase in the Industrial Revolution that focuses heavily on interconnectivity, automation, machine learning, and real-time data. Industry 4.0, also sometimes referred to as IIoT or smart manufacturing, marries physical production and operations with smart digital technology, machine learning, and big data to create a more holistic and better connected ecosystem for companies that focus on manufacturing and supply chain management. While every company and organization operating today is different, they all face a common challenge—the need for connectedness and access to real-time insights across processes, partners, products, and people.
