The twin-spindle machining centres and
special machines are increasingly used to
grow the production. To monitor the
machining, even the most critical, WattPilote
Dual has two independent channels for
measurement and control: the tool wear and
breakage monitoring is as simple, reliable
and accurate as one spindle machines.
Designed for
machines with dependent
or independent
spindles
Each spindle has its own
measurement and control: the two
spindles of the machine can
be mechanically twin or
completely independent; they
can have different power
and type (one spindle with an
asynchronous motor and one
electro spindle).
Easy to find
trace of data
and to
interpret
WattPilote memorizes the last 65 000 machining reports (date, time, control mode and fault), the
last 30 machining curves and
the last 30 fault curves for each spindle.
Compact,
installation
in the
electric
cabinet
WattPilote Dual has two independent wear and breakage monitoring system in the same box,
only the wiring with the PLC is in
common: so the system is compact and easy to
fit.
Diagnostic and
supervision on
the numeric control
The Visu-CN-C software is a proper tool for diagnostic and supervision.
User-friendly, it is loaded on the numeric control.
The user displays machining cycles, tool wear conditions and fault
curves. He can modify the control tolerances, acknowledge faults and tool change.
